Over the years of participating in QDOBA’s annual Valentine’s Day promotion, something special started happening inside our restaurants.
A few teams began adding festive Valentine’s touches — heart balloons, handmade décor, themed photo spots.
The following year, more restaurants joined in.

Making it Official
When we saw the creativity and pride coming from some of our restaurants, we saw an opportunity to spread that positive spirit across all our locations, connecting dozens of teams spanning three states through friendly competition, shared photos, and a little extra Valentine’s fun.
Today, what began as a simple gesture has grown into Roaring Fork's annual Valentine’s Day Decoration Contest—one of the many ways Roaring Fork recognizes and rewards team members who go above and beyond.
