Rob joined Qdoba as a Regional Manager in October 2025, bringing more than 40 years of experience in the restaurant industry.

Prior to joining Roaring Fork Restaurant Group, he spent 11 years as an Area Manager with Noodles & Company. He also served as a District Manager for 10 years with Starbucks Coffee Company and for more than 20 years with Burger King.

He is passionate about building strong teams and developing future leaders. He prioritizes work life balance and strives to role model that for his teams, while also emphasizing accountability as a key driver of results and long term success. He currently oversees seven locations across southeastern Wisconsin.

Rob lives in Waukesha with his wife and two sons. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time on the lake fishing or out on the golf course.
