Joanna joined the Roaring Fork Restaurant Group in December 2025 as a Field Catering Leader for Des Moines, Iowa. Joanna has over 30 years of experience in the restaurant industry working for such concepts as Olive Garden, Chipotle and Noodles and Company in various roles from assistant general manager to regional training manager. Joanna gained an understanding and passion for catering while working for Zoe’s Kitchen, as the assistant general manager.
In her free time she is currently pursuing her Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management through University of Phoenix. When not doing homework she enjoys reading and cooking and spending time with her husband and four animals. Joanna is also an avid football fan, and can be found on her couch on Sunday’s cheering on her beloved Chicago Bears.
