Eric is a dynamic financial executive with a passion for strategic growth and operational excellence. He joined Roaring Fork Restaurant Group in 2025 as the CFO. Prior to joining this team, he served as the Chief Financial Officer in manufacturing and commercial real estate. He helped lead an industrial development project with a budget of over $20 million that won the CARW industrial deal of the year award in 2022. During his time as a consultant in public accountant and as a CFO he has overseen M&A transactions totaling over $250 million.

Eric holds an MBA from Marquette University and a bachelor’s degree in accounting from the University of Wisconsin–Whitewater. He is a CPA, WICPA member and has been recognized as a Notable CFO by Milwaukee BizTimes.

Outside of work, Eric lives in Pewaukee, WI, with his wife and two sons where he is known for always having a good “dad joke” ready. He is an avid sports enthusiast who enjoys coaching youth baseball and basketball, playing basketball, golfing, hunting, skiing, and cooking Italian food. He also has a passion for winemaking—producing up to 500 bottles in a single year!
