Morgan is a passionate leader in the restaurant industry driven by a commitment to systems-oriented excellence and operational efficiency. In 2022 Morgan entered RFRG training at our sole Dave's Hot Chicken location in Menomonee Falls as an Assistant General Manager. Since then, she has played a vital role in 2 new restaurant openings for our East Side Milwaukee and Wauwatosa locations and has moved up the ranks to the regional level. As a regional manager, Morgan brings a natural talent in team building and hunger to be a top performer. Morgan's favorite quote is "succeed on purpose" which she achieves through intentional goal setting with her team and consistent follow-up.

Prior to RFRG Morgan was a District Manager for Eagle Enterprises Ltd where she oversaw 7 commercial cleaning accounts from Oak Creek to Racine, focusing on building client relations and improving employee retention.

Morgan also enjoys residential real estate investing; having acquired multi-unit rentals and achieving successful house flipping across the state of Wisconsin.

Outside of leading teams to success Morgan enjoys fitness, spending time with her 3 daughters and husband, and homemade baking.
