Matt got his start in recruiting 5 years ago. He began his career at Concordia University of Wisconsin where he was the recruiting coordinator and assistant baseball coach for 3 years. Prior to coming to Roaring Fork, Matt worked at Google and Rockwell Automation.

Matt currently lives in West Bend. He enjoys spending his free time with family, friends and his dog. Matt also enjoys watching and playing sports as well as going to going to concerts.
