Edgar has more than 20 years of experience in the food industry. Before joining Roaring Fork Restaurant Group, he worked as a Regional Manager for Chipotle Mexican grill for 14 years and at Potbelly for 8 years. He joined the Roaring Fork team in October of 2023 and enjoy teaching and developing people.

Edgar lives in Beach Park, IL and in his free time he loves spending time with his wife, 4 kids and dog.
