Jenny came to Roaring Fork Restaurant Group in 2017, where she began working as a Staff Accountant for the Real Estate division. She has over 25 years of accounting experience. She got her degree from University of Wisconsin-Parkside.

She enjoys spending time with her husband, kids and her dog Obi. She also spends time running and biking. She has a goal to run a half marathon in every state. She already has several states completed. Camping, traveling and history (especially studying the American Civil War) are some of her other favorite interests.
