Anthony has over 15 years of experience in the food service industry. Before joining Roaring Fork Restaurant Group, he worked for a pizza-by-the-slice concept for 10 years helping them grow to multiple locations in the Milwaukee area.

Anthony joined RFRG in 2022 as a General Manager for the first Dave's Hot Chicken location. Shortly after, he opened the second location as the General Manager, growing it to the highest volume store in Wisconsin. In 2023, Anthony became the Certified Training Manager for the company and has helped coach and develop the leadership team for the brand. Anthony's current role is a Regional Supervisor where he oversees three store locations.

Anthony currently lives in the Milwaukee area. He enjoys spending his off time traveling with his wife and his summers on the golf course.
