Mandy joined Roaring Fork Restaurant Group in August 2023 as a part-time, remote Accountant. She is responsible for processing cash and revenue, along with reconciliations.

She recently was a stay-at-home mom for seven years. Prior to kids, she had six years of accounting experience in various roles, including Accounting Manager. She received her Bachelor of Business Administration degrees in both Accounting and Risk Management/Insurance from the University of Wisconsin- Madison.

Mandy currently resides in Menomonee Falls with her two boys and husband (and mini goldendoodle dog). She enjoys traveling, sports, and cooking/baking.
