The results are in, and Roaring Fork Restaurant Group is bringing home the hardware from this year’s QDOBA Brand Conference, held September 29 – October 1 at the Weston Kierland Resort & Spa in Scottsdale, Arizona.

Across a system of more than 800 QDOBA Mexican Eats restaurants nationwide, several members of our team earned top honors for their outstanding leadership, food quality, and performance.

🏆 General Manager of the Year – Carmen Reyes-Ibarra (Arlington Heights, IL)

Recognized with the prestigious “Don’t Stop Believing” Award, Carmen Reyes-Ibarra was named QDOBA’s 2025 General Manager of the Year, representing the best of the best across the entire brand. Carmen’s dedication, consistency, and passion for excellence make her restaurant a model of what great leadership looks like.

🌟 Best of the Best Top 10 GMs – Alfredo Solis (Appleton, WI)

For the second time in three years, Alfredo Solis earned a spot among QDOBA’s Top 10 General Managers. His continued success showcases his ability to inspire teams, deliver flavor, and build guest loyalty in the Fox Cities region.

🔥 Culinary Champion of the Year – Randy Beaver (SVP of Operations)

Honored with the “Hungry Eyes” Award, Randy Beaver was celebrated by QDOBA’s Executive Chef Katy Velazquez for his commitment to elevating food quality and flavor across our restaurants. Randy’s work helps ensure every QDOBA meal is freshly prepared, crave-worthy, and a true break from the ordinary.

💰 $3.5 Million Annual Sales Achievement – Capitol Drive Team (Wauwatosa, WI)

Led by Victor Garcia, our Capitol Drive restaurant achieved an incredible $3.5 million in annual sales, earning the “Buy Me a Boat” Award for its breakout year. Congratulations to Victor and the entire team for this outstanding milestone.

🤝 QFA Board Leadership Recognition – Ron Stokes (President)

Ron Stokes was recognized for his dedicated service on the QDOBA Franchise Association Board, where his leadership and insight have made a lasting impact on the brand’s growth and success.
